Pre-Made items are shipped 5-7 after payment is complete. Customized items are shipped 10-21 days after payment is complete. Please allow 5-10 days for your items to arrive once shipped. All items shipped REGULAR mail include a USPS tracking number. Priority shipping is also available, guaranteed two days, and includes tracking number and insurance.
